Age Verification Process

All users of PornoSocial, both creators and consumers, must:

Complete identity verification using a government-issued photo ID
Confirm they are at least 18 years of age
Agree to our Terms of Service

For content creators, verification documents are retained in a secure, encrypted database accessible only to authorised compliance personnel.

Performer Documentation

Creators uploading sexually explicit content must:

Provide proof of age (government-issued ID) for themselves
Certify that all performers in their content were 18+ at time of filming
Provide performer names and ages in metadata
Retain copies of performer identification documents

Performer Age Certification:
By uploading content, creators certify under penalty of perjury that all performers were 18 years of age or older at the time the content was created, and that they have verified this through government-issued photo identification.

Content Removal & Investigation

If any minor is discovered in content on PornoSocial:

Content is immediately removed
The uploader's account is terminated
Records are preserved for law enforcement
The incident is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities

UK Online Safety Act 2023 Compliance

In addition to federal US law, PornoSocial complies with the UK Online Safety Act 2023, which includes requirements for:

Risk assessments for child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Proactive detection and removal systems
Rapid reporting to authorities
