Our Commitment

Porno Social Ltd respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable UK copyright law.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on PornoSocial infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature (or that of an authorised agent)
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it (direct URL)
• Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate

2. Submitting a Notice

We aim to process valid notices within 48 hours of receipt.

3. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the content uploader of the takedown request
• Retain records for legal compliance

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the content that was removed and its former location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales

5. Repeat Infringers

PornoSocial Ltd has a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright. We reserve the right to disable or terminate accounts of repeat infringers at our sole discretion, without notice.

6. Content You Must Own

By uploading content to PornoSocial, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to upload the content
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights
• You are authorized to grant the rights you have granted to us

7. Safe Harbor

PornoSocial Ltd qualifies for the DMCA safe harbor provisions. We do not actively monitor user-uploaded content for infringement, but we respond promptly to valid DMCA notices.
